Casa is a home care membership. We start by getting to know your home, then keep it ahead of maintenance and take care of anything you add to your list. Autopilot plans seasonal upkeep. Our handymen take care of everyday fixes. For bigger jobs, we coordinate the right specialists. You approve the plan, and we get it done.

A member of our team visits your home to scan it and record its systems, appliances, materials and details. You'll get a 3D model and a full record of your house, including model and serial numbers, warranties and measurements. We use that record to tell you what's aging, what needs attention now and what can wait. Specialists can often quote from your model, so you don't need a separate estimate visit. And the next time you ask "what model is our dishwasher?", you'll have the answer right away.

Your home record belongs to you. Only your household and the Casa team working on your home can see it. We never sell your data. If there's a room or area you'd rather we skip, just tell us.

A handyman fixes what you point to. We take on the work of running your home.

Most things your home needs. Your handyman takes care of repairs and swaps like fixing a leaky faucet, rehanging a door that sticks, putting in a new light fixture, mounting a TV, patching drywall or fixing a sagging gate. For bigger or licensed work, like HVAC, roofing, electrical or pest control, we find the right specialist and manage the job from start to finish. We work for you, not for vendors. There are no long-term contracts, initiation fees or cancellation fees. Cancel anytime, and your membership ends at the close of your billing period. Specialist and materials costs are separate. We collect and compare quotes, and you approve the price before any work begins. We never take commissions or kickbacks from vendors. See our Trust page.

Our own vetted Casa handymen. Every one of them is interviewed, background-checked, trained and insured, and you'll see the same few familiar faces. They'll check with you before doing anything that touches a visible finish, like drilling into tile. Specialists have to meet our licensing and insurance bar. If something isn't right, we make it right.
